International delivery with Ukrposhta: everything you need to know before placing an order

We provide international delivery of goods to almost all countries of the world — except Russia and Belarus.

Shipments are made only after full prepayment of the order. For shipping, we use the reliable and proven national postal company “Ukrposhta”.

How long does delivery take?

The international delivery time depends on many factors, particularly the destination country and the carrier’s logistics processes. On average, delivery takes from 1 to 4 weeks.

Once the parcel arrives in your country, it can be collected at the nearest post office.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery cost is determined by two main parameters:

• the weight of the parcel;
• the declared value of the goods.

The total amount will be available before confirming your order.

Important information about customs fees

Please note: each country has its own import regulations. Therefore, there may be cases when the customs service of your country charges a customs fee or tax upon receipt of the parcel.

The amount and necessity of such a fee depend on:

• the destination country;
• the value of the goods.

We cannot precisely predict or calculate these fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for clarification before placing your order.

All customs and import fees are paid by the recipient in accordance with the policy of Sofibeautyshop.com.ua.

What information is required for delivery?

To ensure that your shipment is processed correctly and without delays, please provide the full and accurate address, which must include:

1. Country;
2. City, town, or village name;
3. Postal code;
4. Region/state and district;
5. Full street name (boulevard, avenue, lane, etc.);
6. Building and apartment number;
7. Full name of the recipient;
8. Payer’s name (if different from recipient).

Parcel tracking

You can track the current location and status of your shipment at any time on the Ukrposhta website.

English tracking service: You can find location and status of the postal item under search at any time convenient for you.

If the parcel is not tracked for a long time

• If the parcel is returned to us — we can refund only the cost of the goods, the delivery cost is non-refundable.
• In case of loss — a refund will be issued based on the declared value indicated during dispatch.

Can I choose another delivery method?

Yes, if necessary, you can suggest another delivery service that is convenient for you. To do this, simply specify the preferred option in the order comments. However, please note: regardless of the delivery method, full prepayment (100%) is required.

Restrictions and responsibility

You are responsible for checking whether the goods comply with the customs and import regulations of your country. If local rules are violated, you may be required to pay a fine or additional fees.

Delivery during sales periods

During major sales or promotional campaigns, the processing and delivery time may be longer. Usually, it takes from 14 to 21 days.

This depends on the following factors:

• product availability in stock;
• courier schedule;
• logistics outside Ukraine.

The exact delivery date will be provided at the time of placing your order.
