LUNA Camouflage Base Cover Base № 33 (13ml)

Cover Base is the perfect camouflage base for nail restoration.

Key Features:

• High pigmentation – provides excellent coverage of the natural nail.
• Hypoallergenic – safe for use, with a neutral scent.
• Elastic and flexible – adapts to the natural movement of the nail.
• Thixotropic – becomes more fluid when brushed, making application easier.
• Fast self-leveling – does not run and maintains its shape.
• Medium consistency – optimal for controlled application without excessive spreading.
• Long-lasting wear – stays on for 3–4 weeks without lifting.
• Easy removal – can be taken off by filing or with remover liquid.

Important Notes:

• Not suitable for leveling long nails without prior strengthening.
• Requires a Rubber Base as a foundation.
• Minimal shrinkage may occur due to high elasticity.
• Acidity level: 5–6 pH.
• Recommended curing lamp: original 36–48W.
• Curing time: 120 seconds in a lamp.
• Can be preheated to achieve a thinner consistency.

Application Guidelines:

1.      Nail Preparation

·         Do not change the shape or leave up to 2 mm of length (to be removed after leveling).

·         Buff the nail surface with a 220-grit file or 100-grit buffer for better adhesion.

·         Perform a manicure.

·         If removers were used, wash hands with soap.

Dehydration:

·         Use Nail Prep LUNAmoon in two steps.

·         Wipe nails with a lint-free wipe, then clean the cuticle and sidewalls using an orange stick wrapped in a wipe.

·         Primer – optional (not needed if the base coat has sufficient acidity).

Base Application

Foundation Layer:

·         Apply Rubber Base LUNAmoon.

·         Use a flat gel brush, applying in rubbing motions.

·         Cover all nail grooves and cure for 60 seconds.

·         Remove the sticky layer.

Leveling:

·         Apply Cover Base 04 and cure for 90 seconds.

·         File the shape (this helps create thickness to support the free edge).

·         Remove the sticky layer.

Top Coat:

·         Apply a top coat and cure for 120 seconds.

·         Do not wipe after curing to maintain shine.
